1/30 - 30 x 30 Challenge - Fall Capsule Wardrobe

I have been following the blogger Kendi Everyday for a while now and several other of my favorite blogs have done similar challenges.  This is the 30 x 30 challenge. The rules are simple:
  1. Choose 30 items from your closet
  2. Make 30 Outfits
  3. Don't buy ANYTHING clothing related for the entire month
I am choosing November to do this for a lot of reasons, but mainly because I have a HUGE vacation that we are savings for next spring and Christmas is swiftly approaching and I should be saving.  So, I will say it again - SAVINGS GOOD! SHOPPING (FOR CLOTHES) BAD! Christmas Shopping ESSENTIAL! Okay, I think I am ready.  Of course, like everything else in my life it seems like I have to make things extremely difficult on myself.  Challenges that might be a bit difficult for this month and this specific challenge.
  1. My 32 Birthday! I will have $$$ burning a hole in my pocket.
  2. Business Trip - Big meeting in Houston for 4 - 5 days.
  3. Thanksgiving - Black Friday Shopping
I will start this by saying that I have kinda already cheated. I know - Day 1 and I am already cheating.  I have left a spot open for something. I'm not sure what will end-up here, but I wanted to give myself some options. I have chosen 28 items from my closet including shoes and I am counting all accessories as "1" my "1" accessories includes 2 scarves, 4 necklaces, 2 belts, 1 pair tights. Let the games begin! I am going to need some serious support on this one - so please feel free to leave encouraging comments or constructive criticism.  I realize that every outfit is not going to be amazing, and that's okay.  Let's Remix It!

I am thankful for my Daddy! My folks live a few hours away and he called to say that he wanted to take me to lunch on his way through town today.  What a perfect treat!

Items # 1 - #29 + Accessories (Final Spot)= 30 Items

  1. I am so pleased with the dress and buying it online. It makes me wonder how much profit those brick and mortar stores must be making.
