I think this is a great way to dress up a "Casual" day.  The blouse has a business look to it when coupled with a skinny belt instead of letting it flow freely. I do not think the blouse looks right with a belt and no cardigan. I think the belt gives this a polished look and makes the outfit more work appropriate. After work you can loose the belt and grab some cute flats and you are ready for a dinner out with a cute "fall inspired" outfit. This is the same cardigan as yesterday, but this one is in Nutmeg.  That just sounds like fall to me. Have fun and SPICE it up for Fall.
